Fred Hall, is apart of a group who stole from me
now after years running the Palatine park district,
getting buildings named after him (self glorification),
he's enjoys managing a bar and rolling people who the legion finds to do work for em.
The only people that respected Fred is the people he could fire or the people at the bar he liquored up.
